1. What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order means you're reserving an item before it's available to ship. This guarantees your spot to receive the product as soon as it's in stock.

2. When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order items are expected to ship when inventory becomes available in the upcoming season. The available date could be found in the description of the items. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

3. Will I be charged right away?
Yes, your payment will be processed at checkout to secure your pre-order.

4. Can I cancel my pre-order?

5. Will I get a tracking number?
Definitely! A tracking email will be sent once your item ships so you can follow your delivery.

6. What happens if I order in-stock and pre-order items together?
To avoid delays, we may ship in-stock items separately. You'll receive tracking info for each shipment.

7. Can I change the shipping address on my pre-order?
Yes! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at sales@florinia-usa.com and we’ll help update your address.

8. What if the item is delayed?
If there are significant delays, we’ll let you know right away. You’re welcome to cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

9. Is there a limit to how many I can pre-order?
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, you can order multiple units. For large orders or wholesale inquiries, contact us at sales@florinia-usa.com.

10. Can my pre-order be canceled by Florinia?
Yes. While rare, pre-order items may be canceled due to internal changes or unexpected availability issues. If this happens, you’ll be notified and refunded in full.
