1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. If your item is made-to-order or part of a large order, it may take slightly longer—we’ll keep you posted along the way.

3. How long will shipping take?
Standard delivery usually takes 7-15 business days from the time of dispatch. Please note: delivery times may vary depending on product availability and shipping location.

4. Can I choose a specific carrier?
We partner with trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS. If you have a preference, contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

5. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! We offer expedited options for select items. Please email sales@florinia-usa.com before placing your order for details and pricing.

6. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. You can also track your package directly through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update.

7. How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Sales tax may apply in accordance with your state and local laws.

8. My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
Once an item is marked as delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. If you suspect your package was lost or stolen, please contact us. We recommend adding Route Package Protection for added peace of mind.

9. What if my item is lost during transit?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days (U.S. orders), we’ll offer you a refund, replacement, or store credit—your choice.

10. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please reach out within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement. For issues reported between 30–60 days, we’re happy to replace the item, but shipping fees may apply.

11. Do you ship multiple items separately?
Yes, depending on product type and availability, your items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
