At Florinia, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it right. Please review the policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • Free from damage or signs of use

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order items

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@florinia-usa.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo(s) of the item if damaged or defective

Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, Florinia covers return shipping.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange an item, please reach out within the 30-day return window.
  • We'll guide you through a return + reorder process to ensure availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos and a description of the issue
    We’ll replace or refund the item promptly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  • Double-check your bank or credit account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Still no luck? Email us at sales@florinia-usa.com and we’ll assist you directly
