At Florinia, we’re committed to delivering your orders with care, clarity, and reliability. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship:
Order Processing
We begin processing your order as soon as it’s placed. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom, large-volume, or made-to-order items may require additional time, and we’ll notify you if that’s the case.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS. If you have a preferred carrier, let us know - we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery usually takes 7-15 business days, depending on the product and shipping destination. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments with individual delivery timelines.
Expedited Shipping
Need your order sooner? Expedited options may be available through DHL or FedEx for select products. Contact us at sales@florinia-usa.com to check availability and get a quote.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Tracking updates typically become available within 24-72 hours of shipment. You can follow your shipment via the carrier’s website or through our provided tracking link.
Shipping Fees & Taxes
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on your order and delivery location. Sales tax may also apply depending on your local state and municipal regulations.
Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in transit (after 30 days for U.S. orders), we will gladly offer you a refund, replacement, or store credit, based on your preference.
Replacements for Damaged or Delayed Items
If your item arrives damaged or significantly delayed, we’ll ship a replacement free of charge. Please report issues within 30 days of delivery. For claims made within 60 days, we’ll still provide a replacement - shipping charges may apply.
